The initial proof of concept
We launched our first pilot at The Flavel Arts Centre, focusing on Marketing and Digital presence. It was a period of rapid learning, identifying the specific capability gaps that community organisations face when trying to reach modern audiences. We proved that structured projects could bridge the gap between organizational needs and student talent.
Expanding sustainability impact
Building on our initial success, we introduced the ESG and Sustainability project stream. This phase allowed us to refine our Community Capability Development model, ensuring that every project not only delivers immediate value to the host organisation but also provides meaningful, career-ready experience for our participants.
Refining the capability framework
We have moved beyond the pilot phase, formalizing our methodology into a repeatable model. By focusing on Skills, Development, and Affinity, we are now scaling our impact, connecting more charities and arts organisations with the emerging talent they need to thrive in a digital-first world.
